Loughton is full of WHO bully boys.
Debden is full of gippos.
Although I did lose my virginity to a girl from Debden, who may or may not have been a gippo.

The postcode's are both IG10, I think, which would come under Loughton.

A few of our players most likely live in Loughton (probably Nolan & Carroll as they're always in the Chinese there) but I doubt any live in Debden. Massive difference in house prices.
Though Danny Dyer does, so fair play to him.

Debden is proper weird, sort of country mentality if they dont know who you are.
To be fair, Loughton is a nice place with a decent high street and some nice pubs tucked away around the back.
Theydon is also very nice but more like a village.

Both decent areas although Loughton is more expensive obviously.
Debden is the old council estate although the majority are no longer council owned.
Plenty of green space, Epping Forest on your door step (walking distance).
Few decent pubs, The Foresters my personal favourite but all depends on what you want in a pub. Will be something to cater for most wants.
Loughton itself has become pretty TOWIE which is a shame as it used to be a decent high street.
A good area to live none-the-less

Epping is what Loughton was 15 years ago.

I think Debden was built after the war, social / council housing. Loughton is a lot more affluent. Houses upwards of about half a Million.
To get a real idea, drive down Loughton High Rd, and then drive down Debden Broadway.

The Queen Victoria is another very nice boozer.
The Debden boozers are very cliquey by all accounts, not that they've ever looked appealing enough to me to ever set foot in.
